If you're staying at one of the hotels, you may wish to request an early check-in so you can make the bus.
Friday, 04/09/26 - Wedding Day
Start: 3pm Château de Malliac
Dress Code: Formal attire. Suit & tie. Elegant dresses.
Transport: 2:20pm Auberge de Larressingle
2:40pm Domaine de Saint Orens
2:50pm Hotel Le Montreal
Return 1: 12:00am
Return 2: 1:30am
Saturday, 05/09/26 - Pool Party
Start: 1:30pm Château de Malliac
Dress Code: Casual (don’t forget your swimmers)
Transport: Please arrange your own transport for the Pool Party. Some of our guests will be driving so if you need a lift or would like us to pick you up, please get in touch with us asap.
Parking
There is plenty of free parking available at Château de Malliac.
If you are using your own car on our wedding day, please arrive at Château de Malliac no later than 3pm.
Food
Food and drinks will be provided throughout all of the wedding celebrations, so come ready to eat, drink and celebrate!
Dinner on the wedding day will be served as a fixed menu with two alternating main courses. You will receive one of the two dishes, and unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate individual preferences on the day.
For those of you staying at the Château, breakfast will be provided each morning. If you get peckish during the day, please feel free to make use of the kitchen for a light lunch or snack. Please make yourself at home and enjoy every corner the Château has to offer!
Check-In and Check-Out
If you are staying at the Château:
Check-in: Wednesday, 02/09/26 from 3pm
Check-out: Sunday, 06/09/26 by 7pm
Kids
Your little ones are welcome to join the ceremony and cocktail reception. As our ceremony and speeches will be professionally recorded, we kindly ask that parents briefly step away with their child should they become unsettled or need a little break during these moments.
Between 4:30pm and 1:30am, your children will be in the care of three trusted nannies in their own dedicated area, with plenty of entertainment, activities and dinner provided. Once the party gets underway, they'll of course be welcome to pop in and out of the dance floor throughout the evening.
